This is a beautiful handmade cedar wood Bird Nesting Box.  This nesting box is perfect for birds to feel safe and secure.  Various species of birds use a platform type nesting box.  Cardinals, Blue Jays, Robins, Doves, and Mocking Birds will use a similar nesting box or platform to protect their eggs / young.
This modern design is not only beautiful, but very functional.  The roof is designed to allow water to be moved away from the nest.  In addition, there is great air circulation for the nest, and a front perch to allow the mother bird to feed young, and for baby birds to perch when ready to fly.  
The nesting box is easily mountable.  Use two screws (provided) to mount on a tree, post, siding, etc.  Tips for easy mounting will be included with your box.   NOTE:  if you would like to mount to the top of a 4x4 post, we offer "Post Mounts" in our store to allow for easy installation on the top of a post.  Check out our other items. 
This nesting box is made of cedar, so it is perfect for outdoor.  Cedar is weather resistant and naturally pest resistant.  This box will look beautiful and provide great functionality.
